Transport Law Course Overview
This overview offers a selection of courses in transport law and related fields taught at Dutch universities, universities of applied sciences and professional training institutes. It spans different transport modalities, as well as adjacent areas such as commercial and contract law, insurance, customs, competition, and environmental law. It is meant as a starting point: for students choosing electives, for practitioners looking to deepen their knowledge in a particular field, and for anyone who wants to see where transport law is taught in the Netherlands.
