De NVV-Scriptieprijs 2024 is gewonnen door Hannah Mosmans (Erasmus Universiteit) met haar scriptie getiteld: ‘The limitation of liability of a ship owner in the case of oil spills versus the polluter pays principle’. De Prijsuitreiking vond plaats op 14 november 2024 tijdens de Journée Schadee.
