We received this questionnaire at the request of an International Working Group (IWG) of the CMI established to promote the ratification of the Rotterdam Rules. The response, prepared by Jolien Kruit, Lodewijk Wisse and Willemieke Princée, was sent to CMI on January 18, 2025 and can be downloaded here.
